Returning to normal

During the spring I published a new post here every Friday, instead of every second Friday as has been the norm for years. I will now go back to the norm, even if our world in general is far from normal. So this post is just to say that the next regular post will be next week, Friday August 7, 10:00 CEST.

Some words about me

I have been writing, teaching, and curating festivals, while also working at the library at the Swedish Film Institute. I have a Ph.D. in film history from the University of St Andrews, and I have written a book about Hasse Ekman, The Man from the Third Row, published by Berghahn.

I have also worked at the Ingmar Bergman Archives.

My writings have been published in various books and journals, on- and offline, including Axess, Filmrutan, Filosofisk tidskrift, La Furia Umana, Lola, and Frames Cinema Journal, which I was the founding editor of.
